Polka Dot’s Returns Policy

We hope that you love your Polka Dot Jewellery, but should you change your mind, you can return your unworn item within 7 days and we will be happy to provide an exchange or full refund for you (excluding any shipping charges).

Please note this guarantee excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons)

All items must be in their original saleable condition and returned with the Polka Dot packaging provided. We recommend that any items returned to us are sent using recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained.

For refunds, we will refund to the credit card used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within 14 working  days. Please note that the refund payment may take longer than this to appear on a credit card because it will be out of our control as to when your bank refunds the money onto the card.

Faulty Items:

We hope you do not receive a damaged item from Polka Dot, however if you do please notify us the same day the delivery arrives via email and we do our best to assist you in the matter.
